Medical Cannabis Linked to Better Pain, Sleep and Anxiety Outcomes in Endometriosis Over 24 Months

In a prospective registry study of 101 women with endometriosis, cannabis-based medicinal products were associated with sustained improvements in pain, health-related quality of life, sleep and anxiety over 24 months. Mean prescribed oral morphine equivalent decreased from 19.9 to 14.8 mg/day, but the observational design without a control group limits causal interpretation.
